Vaalco contracts EMAS AMC for pipeline work offshore Gabon

SINGAPORE –Vaalco Gabon (Etame) has contracted EMAS AMC for pipeline work in the Etame Marin field offshore Gabon.

EMAS AMC will use its newbuildLewek Constellationand its pipelay vessel Lewek Expresson the EPIC contract covering rigid and flexible pipelines and two fixed production platforms.

The $120-million contract will include SURF, heavy lift, and rigid pipelay.

TheConstellationis under construction with completion expected in 2014.
