Hartshead Resources' Anning and Somerville field development plan includes a description of the subsurface interpretation, planned development wells, production forecasts and facilities, and the gas transportation route.
NORTH PERTH, Australia— Hartshead Resources has submitted its Phase I field development plan (FDP) for the Anning and Somerville fields in the UK southern gas basin developments to the North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA).
The FDP includes a description of the subsurface interpretation, planned development wells, production forecasts and facilities, and the gas transportation route.
Hartshead and partner RockRose Energy plan six production wells from two wireline-capable mormally unmanned installation (NUI) platforms at Anning and Somerville. Both platforms will then connect subsea to infrastructure for onward transportation and processing for entry into the UK’s gas grid.
Next steps will be to finalize project debt funding and take FID on Phase I. Assuming sanction from the NSTA, development will then get underway with first gas anticipated in 2025.
