Aker BP extends North Sea platforms arrangement with Archer

Aker BP has awarded Archer a 15-month extension to an existing platform drilling and maintenance services contract for the Valhall and Ula platforms in the southern Norwegian North Sea.

HAMILTON, Bermuda – Aker BP has awarded Archer a 15-month extension to an existing platform drilling and maintenance services contract for the Valhall and Ula platforms in the southern Norwegian North Sea.
The extension, which takes effect from Oct. 1, should ensure continuity of the arrangement until the end of 2020.
