LONDON – Petrofac Ltd. Group CEO Ayman Asfari has decided to retire at the end of the year.
Sami Iskander will join as deputy CEO on Nov. 1, 2020. On Jan. 1, 2021, he will assume the role of Group CEO and be appointed as an executive director to the company’s board of directors.
On Jan. 1, 2021, Asfari will be appointed as a non-executive director to the board of directors.
