bp has contracted Wood to provide engineering and project delivery services for its projects worldwide.
The arrangement covers
a new master services agreement for engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) services, which has an initial three-year terms, with potential extensions of up to four years; and
2 x three-year extensions to current long-term frameworks for the provision of conceptual engineering and pre-FEED/FEED engineering.
Wood will support bp’s offshore and onshore assets across the upstream, midstream and downstream energy sectors, with a focus on digitally enabled delivery and decarbonization.
The new deals are in addition to a multi-region asset management agreement both parties signed in September 2022.
