WOODBRIDGE, UK — NPCC has ordered API 610 OH2 pumps from Amarinth for ADNOC’s Lower Zakum development offshore the UAE.
ADNOC was seeking new closed drain pumps for the Main Gas Pipeline project, part of the Lower Zakum Long-Term Development Plan (LTDP-1) to enhance field production.
The order comprises three API 610 OH2 12th Edition drain pumps with Plan 53B seal support systems. The pumps, manufactured in Alloy 625 with Type 3.2 certification and non-destructive examination, also require IECEx certification.
They will be equipped with pressure transmitters for pre-emptive issue detection, with Amarinth also supplying a mobile top-up trolley, nitrogen charging kit, warehouse spares and a certified lifting beam for installation assistance.
