SPRINGFIELD, Ohio --Moyno Inc. has launched the Tri-Phaze System, the only patended progressing cavity solution offered for multiphase pumping applications. The system allows transportation of all fluids produced at a well site to be transported to a central processing station through a single pipeline.
The unit is capable of generating flow rates up to 60,000 b/d of fluid with suction pressures up to 900 psi and discharge pressures up to 1,200 psi. It also features a stator elastomer formulation that exhibits exceptional resistance to aromatics, according to Moyno.
The unit can handle gas void fractions up to 99%, and its low-shear pumping actions preserve fluid characters without degradation. Moyno is a manufacturer and marketer of progressing cavity pumps, multiphase fluid transfer systems, grinders, and controls. The company is a unit of Robbins & Myers Fluid Management Group.
