DUBAI, UAE -- Maritime Industrial Services (MIS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Kavin Engineering and Services Pvt Ltd, India.
The two parties have agreed to form a long-term strategic joint venture to address the engineering, EPC, and EPCM market.
Kavin, established in 2002, is an engineering and services company providing concept-to-commission services for offshore platforms and FPSOs, and onshore oil and gas production and processing facilities.
“This development, together with the recent acquisition of Litwin PEL in Abu Dhabi, will provide MIS with the necessary multi-disciplinary engineering resources and skill set required to fast track our expansion into both the onshore and offshore EPC / EPCM market,” said Kevin Hudson, MIS managing director.
