ABERDEEN, UK -- DE Hydraulics has completed an upgrade project for Diamond Offshore Drilling (UK) onboard the semisub Ocean Guardian.
For the $325,320 contract, the company designed, built, and installed a unit that provides fluid power for the rig’s top-drive and casing stabbing arm, as well as its torque and rider spiders. The machinery was previously powered by two units.
