Hydraquip Distribution to offer Synflex hose solutions

HOUSTON -- Hydraquip Distribution is expanding its Eaton product line by offering Synflex hose solutions.

High pressure hose applications including hot lines, chemical and water injection, and hydraulic flying leads are available in working pressures of 5,000, 10,000, and 15,000 psi. Synflex also offers workover bundles that include and support installation workover control, multiple task configurations, hydraulic control, chemical injection and signaling as well as optic fiber, electric, and hydraulic bundles.

Hydraquip is authorized to fabricate hoses up to 10,000 psi, which are tested and certified at its production center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

“Eaton’s newly expanded Synflex product line of sophisticated blow-out-prevention bundles and high-crush-resistant (HCR) hoses are being used worldwide, so they complement our existing hose technology and will expand our systems offering to key customers,” says Steve Vonigas, Hydraquip’s hose and fitting regional manager. “This solidly positions us to support offshore production customers operating at depths of 10,000 ft (3,048 m) and deeper.”
