HOUSTON -- Wild Well Control has unveiled its SeaSun subsea lighting system. The product is a portable, self contained high output underwater work light. It is designed to deploy from any floating platform or shoreside facility to aid subsea operations during hours of restricted visibility.

The illumination provided by the system increases the work area compared to those used by commercial divers and ROVs. As a result of increasing the illuminated area, subsea hazards – hose and umbilicals snagging, floating debris, objects hindering access to work area – are more clearly identified and mitigated.
