STAVANGER, Norway — eDrilling has released its wellPlanner DWP software for the global market drilling and well community. Users will have access to accurate modelling software for Halliburton Digital Well Program (DWP), and hence the ability to add significant value to their Halliburton investment and their upcoming drilling operations.
eDrilling’s wellPlanner software package was designed for optimizing drilling plans. Leveraging eDrilling’s Dynamic Hydraulic & Temperature (DHT) and Torque & Drag (TD) modules, wellPlanner provides accurate plans, minimized risk and uncertainty, and accelerated drilling program delivery time. The cloud native software is integrated in Halliburton DWP as microservices.
With the software, users can apply the DHT and TD modeling software to enhance safe drilling margins, reduce risk and uncertainties, and shorten planning cycle time. The software also allows for utilizing dynamic transient modeling software in existing investment in Halliburton’s Drilling Well Program and EDM.
