DORIS provides screening study for Equus field offshore northwest Australia

PERTH, Australia – DORIS Engineering has completed an engineering study for Perth-based Western Gas, which is looking to developing the Equus offshore gas field on the North West Shelf by 2023.
The contractor’s Paris and Perth teams interfaced with Western Gas for the program which involved screening and concept select studies.

Andrew Leibovitch, CEO of Western Gas, added: “Western Gas was able to investigate alternative options for developing the Equus field, which allowed us to move forward with our base case and consequently issued the RFP to secure a local partner.”
