The construction support vessel Far Samson has been delivered to Farstad Construction.

ALESUND, Norway -- The construction support vessel Far Samson has been delivered to Farstad Construction. The vessel will begin a five-year contract for Saipem UK after final offshore testing.
With a bollard pull of 423 metric tons (466 tons) the vessel is the strongest construction vessel in the world, according to Farstad Construction. Far Samson is 122 m (400 ft) long and has a 26-m (85-ft) beam. The vessel is designed for trenching pipelines offshore.
