BREDA, the NetherlandsDockwise (OSLO:DOCK; NYSE:DOCKW) has won 10 new offshore transportation contracts and contract extensions with a total value of $56 million. Most are for execution during the current quarter and in 1Q 2013.

Assignments include an extension on an existing contract, mobilization of six drilling rigs, transport of a pipelay vessel and transfer station, and of a hull for a floating production system.

André Goedée, CEO of Dockwise, said: “We currently observe a general market tendency of delays in the completions of a number of larger projects, including some on which we are actively engaged…. [However,] we remain encouraged in seeing that no longer-term oil and gas projects have been withdrawn and tender activity is unabated.”
