Offshore staff
HELSINKI, Finland –Wärtsilä has contracted to supply China Oilfield Services Ltd (COSL) with designs for a total of six new ships. The two platform supply vessels (PSVs) and four anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels will support operations in the South China Sea and Bohai Bay.
The VS 485 PSV MKIII design vessels will be 85.4 m long, 20 m in beam, and have 1,000 sq. m of deck space. The VS 4612 AHTS design vessels will be 74.1 m long and 18 m in beam with 560 sq. m deck space and 145 ton bollard pull.
