Offshore staff
ULSTEINVIK, Norway – Østensjø Rederi has contracted Kleven to build a 150-m (492-ft) long offshore construction vessel.
This will be Kleven’s highest-value contract to date, at $229 million.
The SALT 304 OCV design vessel will be equipped with a 400-ton crane, a 70-ton crane, a vertical lay system, and carousel.
It is scheduled for delivery from Kleven Verft in Ulsteinvik, Norway, in 1Q 2016, and enter into a long-term charter for Deep Ocean.
