JAKARTA, Indonesia — PT Wintermar Offshore Marine has taken a 49% stake in Brunei-based Savwin, as the company seeks to tender for longer-term contracts offshore Brunei by strengthening its local presence.

Initially Savwin will operate a fast multipurpose supply vessel that is on a long-term contract in Brunei until 2027.

Wintermar Offshore has a fleet of more than 48 offshore support vessels for long-term and spot charters. All have Indonesian crews and are tracked by satellite systems and monitored in real time by shore-based vessel teams.
