FOSNAVÅG, Norway— Following demands from lenders, Havila Shipping has sold its platform supply vessel Havila Commander and the anchorhandler tug support vessels Havila Jupiter and Havila Venus.
The sales were arranged as part of the company’s restructuring agreement and should to be delivered to the new owners shortly.
All the sales proceeds will be used to repay Havila’s debt.
