Saipem buys DLB Norce Endeavour

    Saipem Portugal Commercio Maritimo Limitada has exercised its option to purchase the DLB Norce Endeavour from Solstad Offshore ASA.

    SKUDENESHAVN, Norway – Saipem Portugal Commercio Maritimo Limitada has exercised its option to purchase the DLB Norce Endeavour from Solstad Offshore ASA.

    The company is expected to take delivery of the vessel in April 2020.

    In December 2019, Solstad entered into a bareboat contract with Saipem Portugal, which included a purchase option.
