Marketex Offshore Constructions has delivered five of the nine 420-t subsea templates for Aker BP’s multi-field Yggdrasil in the Norwegian North Sea to Aker Solutions’ mobilization yard in Norway.
From there, they will be shipped to the offshore locations for installation by Subsea7.
Marketex’s production facilities in Tallinn, built in 2020, is due to complete the four remaining templates by next summer.
