ABERDEEN, UK – Bibby Offshore has finished an inspection, repair, and maintenance program for BP at the Rhum gas field, 380 km (236 mi) northeast of Aberdeen in the UK central North Sea.
The dive support vesselBibby Topaz performed the work late last year, the scope including control system low insulation resistance diagnostics and component replacements; and manual valve operations and ROV inspection works at the host Bruce platform, 44 km (27 mi) south of Rhum.
An onshore engineering team also provided support.
