Wintershall signs frame agreement with Swire Seabed

Swire Seabed has secured a framework agreement with Wintershall Norge AS for marine subsea services in the North Sea.

BERGEN, Norway– Swire Seabed has secured a framework agreement with Wintershall Norge AS for marine subsea services (MSS) in the North Sea.
The framework agreement will begin this year and has a duration of three years plus four yearly options. The work to be performed under this agreement includes the supply of vessel and services which encompasses survey, IMR, and light construction.
The agreement is call-off based, meaning that during the frame agreement,Wintershall can award MSS contracts on an as-needed basis.
