SapuraClough acquires Helix shares in Sapura Helix joint venture

SapuraClough Offshore has acquired the shares of Helix in the Sapura Helix JV (formerly known as Clough Helix JV).

PERTH, Western Australia– SapuraClough Offshore has acquired the shares of Helix in the Sapura Helix JV (formerly known as Clough Helix JV).
The vesselNormand Clough is now 100% operated and controlled by SapuraClough Offshore. TheNormand Cloughis working in the Berantai field before mobilizing for Sakhalin for MRTS.
SapuraClough Offshore is the result of the SapuraCrest group’s acquisition of Clough’s Marine Construction division. The acquisition was completed in December 2011.
