ABERDEEN, UK – Cortez Subsea has won a contract involving recovery and decommissioning of three flexible production flowlines for Stork Technical Services. The work is being performed from the vessel Siem Stork in the central North Sea and is expected to be completed this month.
Cortez Subsea also has completed the first phase of work on aNorth Sea FSPO reinforcement program for contractor DOF Subsea.
The $1.6-million contract called for provision of a powered reel drive system, tensioner, and personnel for umbilical and flexible riser installation. A second phase is due to start later this year.
