Offshore staff
BANGKOK, Thailand -- Mermaid Maritime subsidiaries have won subsea services contracts in the Middle East region. These include air diving services for pipeline free-span correction and a subsea cable lay job.
Subtech Ltd (Seychelles) and the joint venture entity Zamil Mermaid Offshore Services LLC should start the programs this December. Combined value is around $30 million.
The subsea cable lay contract will use the chartered DP-2 construction bargeMubarak Supporter, which is on an initial six-month charter to Subtech.
