Subsea7 to supply, install subsea equipment for Sakarya Phase 2

Turkish Petroleum has contracted the Subsea Integration Alliance to provide the subsea production systems, flowlines, umbilicals for the second phase of the Sakarya field development in the Turkish sector of the Black Sea.

LUXEMBOURG  Turkish Petroleum has contracted the Subsea Integration Alliance to provide the subsea production systems, flowlines, umbilicals for the second phase of the Sakarya field development in the Turkish sector of the Black Sea.

OneSubsea will manufacture and supply the production systems, while Subsea7 has EPCI responsibility for about 37 km of infield flowlines, 47 km of control umbilicals and associated equipment in water depths of 2,000 m.

The contract scope includes further FEED studies and options to broaden the work program.

Subsea7’s Istanbul office will perform project management and engineering with offshore activities taking place between second-quarter 2025 and third-quarter 2025, and the optional scope from fourth-quarter 2026 and fourth-quarter 2027 subject to a final investment decision by Turkish Petroleum.
