Schlumberger and Subsea 7 have agreed to renew their Subsea Integration Alliance for a further seven years.

HOUSTON/LUXEMBOURG  Schlumberger and Subsea 7 have agreed to renew their Subsea Integration Alliance for a further seven years.

This is a worldwide partnership incorporating Subsea 7 and Schlumberger’s OneSubsea subsea technologies, production and processing systems business.

The alliance jointly designs, develops and supplies integrated subsea development solutions through the partners’ combined offerings in subsurface, subsea production systems, subsea processing systems, subsea umbilicals risers and flowlines systems (SURF), and life-of-field services.

Over the past seven years, the alliance has worked with clients on solutions to optimize the cost and efficiency of deepwater developments.

Awards in recent years include greenfield projects offshore Australia, Brazil, Africa and Turkey as well as tiebacks in the Gulf of Mexico and Norway. Since January 2020, the alliance says it to has secured the majority of integrated SPS and SURF projects worldwide.
