The location is around 310 mi (500 km) offshore Darwin and 124 mi (200 km) from the southeast coast of Timor-Leste.
Work on the Phase 3C project started in May. McDermott’s scope, to be managed from the company’s office in Perth, relates to the tieback of a single in-field well to existing facilities through re-use of an existing flexible flowline, along with a new umbilical and other infrastructure.
