NORWICH, UK – Aquaterra Energy has secured a five-year riser analysis contract from an unnamed Middle Eastern operator, covering brown- and greenfield riser projects.
The company’s teams in Abu Dhabi and Qatar will analyze needs for platform modification programs including slot recovery, slot additions, while also supporting development of inspection of existing conductors.
Martin Harrop, riser analysis manager at Aquaterra Energy, said: “With the region shifting its focus to aging infrastructure, there is a growing appetite for experienced riser analysts amongst operators.”
