Petrobras has awarded Solstad, Oceanpact, and Fugro three contracts to provide ROV services for subsea activities offshore Brazil.

LEIDSCHENDAM, the Netherlands – Petrobras has awarded Solstad, Oceanpact, and Fugro three contracts to provide ROV services for subsea activities offshore Brazil.
All the contracts run for three years, with one-year extension options.
Fugro will supply five work class ROVs, each equipped with tooling and survey spreads designed for deployment in up to 3,000 m (9,842 ft) water depth.
One ROV spread will be installed on Solstad’s anchor handler/tug supply vessel Far Statesman, supporting anchor handling and other subsea tasks.
The other spreads will be deployed in pairs on two vessels operated by Oceanpact to perform IRM work, with all ROV services available to Petrobras around-the-clock.
