ABERDEEN, UK – UTEC has completed consecutive anchor-debris-clearance surveys for McDermott International using ROVs.
Last December the company mobilized a DP-2 offshore support vessel with work- and observation-class ROVs and a nearshore survey work boat for the ‘as-built’ campaign at an unnamed offshore location.
The subsequent anchor debris clearance campaign used the same vessel with a sub-bottom profiler, a side-scan sonar, a multi-beam echosounder and a magnetometer.
