PERTH, Australia – Chevron has contracted Wood to provide subsea integration and flow assurance front-end engineering design (FEED) services for the Jansz-Io subsea compression project offshore Western Australia.
Wood will manage the one-year assignment from its offices in Perth.
Jansz-Io will maintain gas supply to the Gorgon LNG complex, with Wood acting as system integrator of the technology, providing independent flow assurance, subsea design, and construction engineering support during the FEED.
