Prosafe has signed a contract with a major operator to provide accommodation services using the Safe Concordia semisubmersible vessel in the US Gulf of Mexico.

The Safe Concordia semisubmersible vessel was constructed at Keppel FELS shipyard in Singapore and delivered in March 2005 before completing an upgrade in July 2015.
The firm duration of the contract, commencing within a window of July through October, is 330 days with up to six months of options. The value of the contract firm duration is about $33 million.
Safe Concordia is a DP2 semisubmersible autonomous surface vehicle with 389 (461 with ALQ) beds for worldwide operations excluding Norway.
