    Normand Fortress to support Triton Knoll wind farm construction

    MHI Vestas has contracted Solstad Offshore’s construction support vessel Normand Fortress for work at the Triton Knoll wind farm in the UK North Sea.

    SKUDENESHAVN, Norway – MHI Vestas has contracted Solstad Offshore’s construction support vessel Normand Fortress for work at the Triton Knoll wind farm in the UK North Sea.

    The vessel will support walk-to-work operations, under a 140-day program, with extension options. Solstad’s contract is due to start in March.

    Triton Knoll is under construction 33 km (20.5 mi) from the Lincolnshire coast in eastern England.
