TAIPEI, Taiwan – DNV will provide quality assurance, quality control and related technical support to Intercontinental Wind Energy (IWE) in Taiwan as the company seeks to diversify into turbine jacket fabrication for offshore wind.
Through the collaborations, IWE’s wind team aim to speed up knowledge acquisition and improve the quality and safety of processes and procedures for planning and execution of future offshore wind projects.
DNV will be lead external consultant, its main responsibilities being to support the IWE project team and its clients, assisting with requests for proposals and devising a training program.
