Offshore staff
LONDON – Petrofac has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with clean energy specialist Storegga Geotechnologies.
The two companies plan to collaborate on potential business development and project initiatives in carbon capture and storage, hydrogen, and other low carbon projects.
Their initial focus will be on the UK continental shelf and Northwest Europe, with scope under the MOU to work together internationally.
Petrofac has a project management office support contract for the Acorn carbon capture project offshore and onshore northeast England with Pale Blue Dot, for which Storegga is the holding company.
