Iberdrola Group subsidiary ScottishPower Renewables has commissioned HSM Offshore Energy to construct facilities for the East Anglia TWO wind farm in the southern UK North Sea.

Under the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) award, HSM will deliver the 5,100-metric ton offshore high-voltage substation and its 3,700-mt jacket for the 960-MW development, 33 km from the Suffolk coast in eastern England.

Under an early work agreement, initial engineering began last summer. HSM expects to start fabrication during the fall, with the jacket ready for installation in summer 2027 and the topside later that year.
