Offshore staff
KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia – Petronas subsidiary PC Ketapang II has started production from the Bukit Tua Phase-2B’s BTJTB-T2 offshore Indonesia.
The well, spudded last September in the Ketapang Block, offshore East Java, reached TD of 1,890 m (6,201 ft).
This is the fourth development in the area following Bukit Tua Phase 1, Phase 2A and Phase 3. Petronas and partner PT Saka Ketapang Perdana aim to produce 12,500 boe/d and 30 MMcf/d of gas through five wells.
