MELBOURNE, Australia – Melbana Energy has started work on the Santa Cruz incremental oil accumulation a short distance offshore northern Cuba in block 9.
The company’s technical team is devising an initial work plan and aims to identify opportunities for optimizing oil production.
The resulting proposed work program would serve as a basis for commercial negotiations to secure a long-term incremental oil recovery contract.
