(South America) - Petrobras has purchased an additional seat of EnSight Gold, giving the company five licenses of CEI's extreme visualization software.
The sale was made by Engineering Simulation and Scientific Software (ESSS), CEI's South American distributor and a supplier of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA) solutions.
Petrobras uses the software to visualize, analyze, and communicate CFD simulations of hydrocyclones, the technology employed to classify and perform liquid separation analysis.
Petrobras uses EnLiten, CEI's free 3D geometry player, to present CFD visualizations created in EnSight Gold to management, partners, and customers.
