Explora Petroleum has agreed to farm into 10% of Rocksource’s interest in license PL 559 in the Norwegian Sea.

OSLO, Norway – Explora Petroleum has agreed to farm into 10% of Rocksource’s interest in license PL 559 in the Norwegian Sea.
This could rise by a further 30% ahead of a future drill decision.
PL 559 is east of theNorne, Urd, Falk, and Linerle fields and discoveries.
Rocksource drilled adry hole exploration well on the permit in 2011. The company and existing partners VNG, Skagen44, and Atlantic Petroleum are currently evaluating remaining prospectivity, with a drill-or-drop decision expected late this year or in early 2014.
