HONG KONG -- CNOOC has secured the FPSO Haiyangshiyou 113 after a storm in Bohai Bay shifted the vessel from its moorings. There were no injuries or oil spills, the company reports.

Operations at the BZ25-1/BZ25-1 South oilfields were shut-in on Nov. 10 as a safety precaution; recovery activities are being remobilized.

Before the incident, the field produced approximately 27,000 b/d of oil.
