Vallourec supplying line pipes for deepwater Búzios 10 project

Allseas has asked Vallourec to supply the line pipes for Petrobras’ Búzios 10 development at the Búzios field in the presalt Santos Basin offshore Brazil.
Starting in third-quarter 2026, the offshore campaign will see Allseas' Audacia pipelay vessel install 111 km of rigid risers and flowlines in ultradeep waters for the Búzios 10 presalt field.
The order comprises just under 18,000 tons of subsea seamless premium carbon steel line pipes for the risers and flowlines, with the option to provide a further 5,000 tons. All will be manufactured at the company’s Brazilian production site in Jeceaba, Minas Gerais.
In addition, Vallourec will supply its digitalized portal service Pipe Navigator, which gives clients updated contractual documentation, data and analysis covering each aspect of its line pipe project.
