Wood has been awarded a new contract to provide long-term maintenance for onshore and offshore assets in the Gippsland Basin, Victoria, operated by Esso Australia.
John Wood Group will provide long-term maintenance services for Esso Australia’s offshore and onshore facilities in the Gippsland Basin.
The newly awarded contract, which includes shutdown support, covers fields in the Bass Strait and the Longford and Long Island Point centers.
The Bass Strait supplies about 40% of the country’s east coast gas needs.
