LONDON --Rockhopper has formal approval from the Falkland Islands for its license farm-out agreement with Premier Oil.
This involves the assignment to Premier of 60% of production licensesPL023, PL024, PL032l and PL033 in the offshore North Falkland basin, and 60% of Rockhopper's interest in PL003 and PL004.
The government also has sanctioned Premier to become operator of PL023, PL024, PL032, PL033, andarea PL004b of PL004.
