    ABU DHABI, UAE — OMV has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with ADNOC to investigate a partnership in deliveries for LNG.

    This would support energy supply security to OMV’s home country of Austria with the aim of securing the purchase of one LNG cargo for the 2023-2024 winter season.

    Since April 2018, OMV has been a partner to ADNOC in the UAE offshore concession for the SARB and Umm Lulu oil fields, and subsequently the offshore Ghasha sour gas and condensate field concession.
