LONDON – Tower Resources reports that the 3D seismic survey by the Geowave Master offshore Namibia is complete and processing should be done by early next year. The 1,600 sq km (618 sq mi) survey by CGGVeritas is intended to strengthen the interpretation and minimize risk in the first exploration well.
Tower has a 15% interest in License 0010 with Arcadia Petroleum Ltd. as the operator.
“I have no doubt that the operational progress already planned by ourselves and a number of Namibia operators over the next two years will increase everyone’s awareness of the huge potential in the South Atlantic and Namibia in particular,” says Peter Kingston, chairman, Tower Resources.
