ABERDEEN, UK – Wintershall Norge has commissioned Wood to provide engineering and construction services to the Brage offshore platform.
The location is in the North Sea, west of Bergen.
Wood’s scope, provided for under an existing framework agreement signed in 2016, includes engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning associated with well hookup.
The contractor will manage the program from its Bergen premises, which earlier this year delivered engineering and construction services for corrective maintenance during a shutdown of the platform.
