TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands – Corallian Energy has contracted the jackup Ensco 72 to drill a well on the Wick prospect in UK North Sea license P2235 (block 11/24b) this December.
Drilling should begin on receipt of outstanding necessary regulatory approvals and consents.
This May,Upland (UK) completed a farm-in to the license. It believes Wick could hold in-place P50 resources of around 250 MMbbl.
